Enjoyed Dereque’s YouTube videos so much, I bought the app for my iPhone 6+. Visuals are great. App is of no use because there is no sound. Tried every which way, still no sound. App is of no value without sound. Tried to contact his email contact to no avail. No answer. Very disappointed. I’ve seen other app reviews of those with the same problem. Do an update to fix the sound. I’d love to have the app if it worked. Unfortunately, it doesn’t.

This is a great app for learning chess openings. The videos are done extremely well and the host does an excellent job of explanation. He has a fun light style of narration. Download it today.

Great introduction to chess openings. I go back time again to review the openings that I dont use often. You can not ask for a better teacher, that truly enjoys what he is doing.
